Ensure system performance, capacity, and continuity by responding appropriately to incidents, events, and issues;
Use AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and in-house hardware, create, deploy, set up, operate, and administrate highly elastic applications that adhere to industry best practices.;
Install and configure virtual cloud instances in AWS, Azure, or GCP Supporting servers both on-premises and in the cloud, including security setups, patching, and troubleshooting;

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.;
Technical Skills:
▪ Minimum of 3 years of systems (Windows/Linux/VMware) administration experience;
▪ Certification in any two of the followings: AWS, Azure, Google;
▪ Good understanding of cloud deployment technologies;
Experience using scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Windows PowerShell;
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from cloud-based infrastructure and system performance data;
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other members of the IT department and the customers.

Must evaluate business strategies and requirements to assess risk, and determine security requirements as necessary;
Develop KPI and dashboards used in the SIEM tools tracking trends across incidents and events;
Respond to computer security incidents in accordance with information security policies and industry best practices;
Review change requests and conduct routine security evaluations to make sure standards are met;
Provide security related recommendations as threat events develop, and collaborate with the ICT Team to protect organization assets;
Analyze the network in support of intrusion detection operations, including the creation of indicators for the network security posture;
Help with real-time threat awareness, including threat detection, reporting, mitigation, and documentation, as well as risk to the network, and mitigation plan.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required;
Technical Skills:
▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field;
▪ Certification in any two of the followings: SSCP, Comptia A+, CISSP;
▪ Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages;
▪ Broad knowledge of cyber security technologies across the industry;
▪ Intermediate knowledge of the cyber kill chain and defensive methodologies;
▪ Intermediate knowledge of security controls (NIST standards, ISO, PCI, COBIT).

Design, analyze, develop, modify, implement, and maintain enterprise network systems such as routers, switches, firewalls, load-balancers;
Integrate computer hardware and software into the network infrastructure;
Analyze network and system faults, troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on network operating systems and hardware to isolate and resolve communication issues;
Configure, install, support and maintain network systems and subsystems, providing recommendations regarding network architectures and solutions in order to ensure efficient and optimum network performance;
Evaluate patches/updates and apply to network infrastructure components;
Maintain, support, administer Wireless, voice and data network solutions.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
Technical Skills:
▪ 3+ years of network protocol experience with Radius, BOOTP, ARP, IP, ICMP, SFTP, HTTPS, SSL, SSH, BGP, OSPF, TCP, UDP, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, SIP, GRE, Netflow/cflowd and POP3;
▪ 3+ years of intermediate networking;
▪ Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages;
▪ Certification in any two of the followings: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, NSE4, NSE7;
▪ Good understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 deployment technologies;
▪ Exposure to automation deployment tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from network infrastructure and network performance data.
Other Skills: Highly motivated and results-driven individual capable of operating independently within standard operating procedures / methods, with moderate supervision.

Consult with Business Analysts and Advisors to understand the intended business requirements in driving the enhanced solution to be secure while still delivering the intended business value;
Work with the End-to-End Solution Architects and the Platform Architects to define security controls (document security requirements and applicable design options) to apply in delivering business value while reducing risk;
Provide risk analysis on business solutions and needs;
Provide guidance to Computer Systems Developers in delivering code and Computer Systems Engineers in configuring systems to address the stated security requirements and design;
Ensures architectures, technologies and solutions align with and integrate regulatory requirements;
Provides cybersecurity architecture and engineering services to major programs in the areas of cybersecurity controls;
Develops cybersecurity project architectures;
Gain understanding of the organization’s systems, networks, people, duties, and goals and ensure that they are documented in a standards-compliant framework;
Implement security systems by specifying intrusion detection methodologies and equipment.

Technical Skills:
▪ Minimum of 5 years of of experience in the field;
▪ Industry certifications highly preferred including, but not limited to CISSP, CEH, CISM, GIAC, CISA, ISO27001;
▪ Experience in conducting Information Security, IT Security, Audit assessments;
▪ Experience with designing and implementing cybersecurity technologies to monitor and protect enterprise environments;
▪ Extensive knowledge of IT, enterprise architecture, software development life cycle, and information security platforms and applications;
Other Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other members of the IT department and the customers. Highly motivated and results-driven individual capable of operating independently with little supervision.
